Our deal structure will follow an Asset Management model where Convex Capital will enter a partnership by procuring a specific target, performing technical and legal due diligence to minimize risk and then execute the purchase. At that stage our team will begin to fulfil the milestones agreed to successfully deliver the contracted project finance.
